at Truckee Meadows Community College.

REPAIR FEES:Standard Repair/upgrade Labor (1/2 hour minimum)
$50/hour
RUSH REPAIR $100/hour
Minimum Inspection Fee* $25
Network Install/troubleshooting/repair $75/hour
Data Transfer (1 hour minimum) $50/hour
Software Install** (1 hour minimum) $50/hour
On Site Repair/Upgrade*** (1 hour minimum) $75/hour
Repair fees do not include parts.
*Inspection fee is included in repair cost; charged separately
only when no repair is authorized.
**Licensed software only.
All repairs are covered under a minimum 30-day labor
and 30-day parts warranty, or as specified by the manufacturer.

assume no responsibility for lost data.
Software Issues
Computer Repair & Installation can diagnose and fix
some software issues for our standard charge ($50/hr in-shop).
Please be advised that software issues are not covered
under manufacturer's warranty, nor under any maintenance
Contracts.
For any software issues that require reinstallation,
including operating system software, the customer will
need to provide or purchase appropriate licensed software.
Time starts and ends at our door. Missed appointments
when a technician is dispatched will be billed the one
hour minimum.
